NATALIE DAU (@rockstararms) is a global keynote speaker, Guinness World Record Holder, co-author of ”Run Like a Woman” a best-selling book on Amazon and is a sponsored athlete and ambassador for global brands.
She has produced and hosted well-known series including the Facebook lifestyle programme "Keeping It Real”, which received over 30 million viewers, and "Zero to Hero" for Sports Singapore. She appears regularly in the media, including her own weekly radio segment on KISS92fm.
Natalie has her own zero to hero journey. In the world of high-performance sport, she started running later in life but has accomplished extraordinary feats, her most recent being “Project 1000” a 1,000km solo run from Thailand to Singapore running 2 x marathons a day for 12 days. This earned her a place in the Guinness World Records, Singapore Book of Records and Australian Book of Records. She has won 10 from 10 Ultra-Marathons.
Being based in Asia for over 20 years, Natalie ensures she delivers only the highest quality service to the brands she works with. She has over 25 years of global consulting experience including international marketing, communications, business management and strategy.
Her overall aim is to make the world a better place through story-telling and empowering people to operate at their own version of high-performance. She is mum to a 15-year-old daughter and dedicated her spare time to giving back to local and international charities.
